Cold out? Keep your style on ...
There’s something oddly satisfying about the soft weight of an extra layer when the air turns cool. Like the warmth of a hand on your back — reassuring, not restrictive.
Winter dressing can feel like a trap sometimes. Too many knits and we disappear under the weight. Too few and we’re left shivering. Somewhere in between is the sweet spot, and it doesn’t have to mean monotones and stiff tailoring. It’s still your style, just with sleeves.
What makes a good winter layer? Let’s start with how it makes you feel. Do you reach for it without thinking? Does it sit well on your shoulders, drape the way you like, give you that little lift when you catch yourself in the mirror? Then it’s doing its job.
This time of year, we’re thinking warmth — but not just the thermal kind. Colour matters. A sleeve with something to say. Texture that feels alive. And a shape that lets you keep moving, even when you’d rather stay curled up with a book and a cup of something hot.
We design with that in mind. Not what’s trending, but what makes sense when you’re getting dressed on a Tuesday morning and just want to feel like yourself. Maybe with a little extra wool. And some charm.
So if you’re layering this winter, let it be like seasoning in a good meal — just enough to bring out the flavour. Never too much. Always just right.

We've been working with the same family for over 20 years; they create all of our knits by hand using a mohair/acrylic blend.
This is genuine fair trade and "slow fashion" that you can feel in every stitch.
